SOG® Systeme is awarded the Oscar of the caravanning industry, the "LUPO 2016"
At the CARAVAN SALON trade fair, the Executive Committee of the German Caravan Trade Association (DCHV) presents SOG® Systeme with the "Supplier and Partnership Oscar" of the industry, the "LUPO 2016", in the Suppliers category. The DCHV justifies its decision by stating that "the chemical-free use of mobile toilets while also eliminating all odours meets the demands of many customers in terms of both environmental compatibility and comfort." According to the DCHV, this annual award is presented to individuals whose developments have made a significant impact on the industry.
The company founder, Werner Dahmann, received the award for his innovative technical solutions that "... contribute towards reducing the amount of chemical additives in sewage treatment plants ..." and help to protect water. When presenting this LUPO to the company, the jury made the "... important aspect of also protecting nature when camping and caravanning" a top priority.
